Refresh Your Energy
The Angels Say:
Each equinox and solstice are excellent markers in your year to refresh your energy. Spring cleaning, fall preparations, summer and winter celebrations. These are times to go in and do the deeper cleaning, clearing and refreshing. Natural points in time that help you go deeper.
Equinox calls you to be, and learn to be, in balance. Many of you are out of balance. Some of you attempt to bring in more to an already over-filled space; others are so focused on emptying the space that they are creating a vacuum. Remember – even the slightest hint of a vacuum will fill itself – so you need to take charge and fill it up yourself with what you want. It is about balance right now. Balance between rest and activity, between caring for others and caring for self, between work and play – and so on. Imbalances will be made clear so you can adjust.
You are being called to refresh. Everything. Clear out the old, stagnant stuff and energy, bring in the new, fresh and invigorating. Do so as inspired. Never force yourself. Ask for the inspiration and you will receive it.
Keep your energy refreshed, this will help smooth your path. For many of you, it happens naturally as you heal. You’ll go through something big, then you’ll clean your house differently, or take a bath when you usually shower, you may change soaps, start using a new incense – all sorts of these things indicate a refreshing. Keep your flow going, it only gets better from here.
Coffee with the Angels is a writing exercise of messages from the angels, shared with me over morning coffee.
